We have 300+ tickets so far across our packages and individual ticket sales. Almost all screenings of the first half are sold out — but despair not! Tickets become available as package holders cancel, SIO folks release holds, and the box office releases tickets ~24 hours before screening. We are very very good at getting tickets. If you are budget conscious, ones that you just "grab" day of will be the most affordable.
We go shopping on Wednesday, January 21 at Costco, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Super Walmart and Chinese supermarkets. We buy a versatile set of food and snacks. Enter any grocery preferences now — we'll try to accommodate, but no promises.
If you receive a party invitation, forward the email to [email protected] and someone will try to add it to our grid. It doesn't mean we can get you in, but we like to have a good sense of the landscape.
The 1136 Woodside house is across the street from "The Shop," which historically hosted official Sundance parties.
On select nights, our dinners attract fun guests! Past guests have included teams behind Beasts of the Southern Wild, Gasland, and Songs My Brother Taught Me.
Party Tips
Daytime receptions and luncheons are better for learning/meeting industry.
Smaller, niche parties are often more fun than red carpet craziness.
You're more likely to see a celebrity at a screening than at a party.
Some parties have more open policies than others. Be polite and presentable.
Local Resources
Sundance volunteers are scattered around town, particularly at bus stops, and are usually very helpful.
